It is expected that "Noru" will move to the north-west direction at a speed of about 25 km/h, and will make landfall on the eastern coast of Luzon Island of Philippines this evening (48-55 m/s, 15-16, strong typhoon or super typhoon). It will enter the central and eastern waters of the South China Sea on the morning of 26th, then move westward and gradually approached the eastern coast of Vietnam.
